Prescription products
Items marked “Rx” require a valid prescription from a registered veterinarian. We may verify the prescription and refuse or cancel supply where requirements are not met.
Use medicines safely
Use products only for the species, weight and condition directed by your veterinarian and the manufacturer’s label. Never change dosage or combine treatments without professional guidance.
Emergencies and adverse reactions
For poisoning, breathing difficulty, collapse, seizures, severe allergic reaction or any urgent symptoms, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service immediately.
Storage
Follow package storage instructions and keep all medicines away from children and animals. Do not use products after their expiry date or if packaging integrity is compromised.
