Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation, or after placement for Cash on Delivery. Availability and serviceability can affect dispatch times.

Delivery estimates

The delivery estimate shown during checkout is indicative. Weekends, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions and remote locations can add time.

Address accuracy

Please confirm the recipient name, mobile number, full address and PIN code before ordering. Contact support promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel appears damaged, photograph it before opening. Report damaged, leaking, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
