How do I choose the correct size or pack?
Open the product page and select the pack size before adding it to your cart. Price and availability update for the selected option.
How can I track my order?
Sign in and open My Account → Orders. Each order shows its current status and complete purchase details.
Can I buy veterinary medicines normally?
Products marked “Rx” require a valid veterinary prescription and cannot use ordinary checkout. Contact support for assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and item.
Can I save products for later?
Yes. Sign in, open a product and choose Save Product. It will appear under Saved in your account.
